After School Leadership Coach

We are looking for a top-quality individual to fill our After School Leadership Coach position. If you enjoy working with kids in a fun, structured leadership environment, we’d love for you to join our team! Our Leadership Coach will receive full training to lead the program.

Requirements:

17 years old & above
Available 4-5 hours; Monday – Friday (typically 2:00 PM – 6:00/6:30 PM, depending on student pickup)
Great personality
Enjoy working with kids
Willing to follow standard Leadership curriculum (provided)
First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain)
Martial arts experience is a plus but not required

Adminstrative Assistant

We're looking for a warm, energetic, and detail-oriented person to be the heart of our brand-new karate studio. As our Administrative Assistant, you'll work side-by-side with our Chief Instructor to keep the studio running smoothly—from welcoming families to supporting enrollments and helping students stay connected and thriving.

This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, enjoys staying organized, and thrives in a positive, community-centered environment where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Do:

Greet students and parents with a smile and help create a welcoming, friendly studio atmosphere
Manage student records, class schedules, and program enrollments
Assist with light marketing and communication—things like follow-up calls, social media posts, and printed flyers
Support community events and celebrations (belt ceremonies, local events, etc.)
Help keep the studio organized and running efficiently

We’d Love If You Have:

Strong people skills and a warm, professional personality
Experience in customer service, admin, or front desk roles
Comfort with phones, email, and basic office tools
A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment
Sales or marketing experience (a plus, but we’ll train the right person!)
Martial arts experience isn’t required—just an open mind and a team spirit

Job Details:

Full-time position
Salary: $39,000–$44,000 based on experience
Paid holidays and vacation time
On-the-job training provided
Optional opportunity to train in martial arts
